Shipping Information

We provide shipping services both domestically (within Australia) and internationally to numerous countries worldwide.
For customers within Australia, we offer a flat rate Standard Postage service starting from $13.80 (AUD) dispatched via Australia Post with tracking included. Additionally, we also provide a flat rate Express Postage option from $17.30 (AUD).

For our international customers, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We strive to offer the most affordable postage options available from our location in Adelaide, Australia. International postage fees will be automatically calculated during checkout once you've provided your shipping details.
Please allow between 12-20 business days for international delivery, unless the item is on preorder, in which case, longer wait times may apply.

Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):
- Pre-order items are offered with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) based on the latest information provided by our suppliers and shipping partners.
- The ETA is an estimate and is subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, customs processing, or border control checks.
- Notification of Delays:
- Should the ETA for your pre-order change, we will notify you via the contact information provided during checkout. Updates will also be shared on our website and/or social media channels.
- Shipping Timeline:
- Once your pre-order arrives at our facility, we will process and ship your item as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order is dispatched
A pre-order is an advance purchase that allows customers to secure an item before it becomes widely available. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the product in our inventory once it arrives, ensuring your order is fulfilled based on availability. However, it is important to note that a pre-order does not guarantee that you will receive the item before major retailers or other distributors. Shipping schedules and distribution timelines can vary, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Pre-orders simply ensure that your order is prioritized for allocation once stock is received.
Please note that product images are provided by the manufacturer, and the actual model may slightly differ from the picture (e.g., colors may vary). If you have purchased multiple preorder items or a combination of preorder and in-stock items in a single transaction, we will hold all items for you until the last preorder item arrives. If you wish to receive any items separately, please contact us to arrange separate shipping with additional costs.
We do not cancel or refund pre orders.

Double Taped Boxes

Some customers may notice double-taped boxes and assume we have searched for chase variants or tampered with the contents. This is not the case. We do not double tape boxes or open agreed sealed cases. Double-taped boxes come from the factory in this condition and still have a chance to contain a chase.
The reason behind the double taped boxes is in most Asian countries, the retail packaging features a label on the back that cannot be altered (we have made several attempts to request changes). Currently, we are in communication with Mattel regarding the issue of having two layers of tape on the packaging. We may consider adding a HOT WHEELS label on top of the two layers of tape, or we might aim to use only one layer of tape. In any case, we will provide sufficient documentation to confirm that these are original factory boxes in order to address customer concerns.

Damaged Goods - Without Additional Cover
We hold no responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping if additional cover is not purchased at checkout. We highly recommend purchasing this cover to protect your investment. Please note, this option is only available for purchases being shipped within Australia.
