WHERE IS MY ORDER? +
Pre-order Shipping:
- Estimated delivery times are based on supplier and shipping info. These can change due to delays (e.g., manufacturing, shipping, or customs).
- If the ETA changes, we’ll notify you via email and update the product page.
- Once your pre-order arrives, we’ll ship it ASAP and send you tracking details.
- Pre-orders cannot guarantee early delivery, and we cannot cancel or refund them.
- If you bought multiple items, we’ll ship them together unless you request separate shipping at an additional cost.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER? +
- If no email address was provided, we cannot notify you.
- If the ETA hasn’t changed, we won’t have an update, but we’ll email you once we get one.

WHEN IS MY ORDER DUE? +

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED? +
Yes! You’ll get an email with tracking and carrier info once your order is shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED? +
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? +
- Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

- We’re not responsible for lost or stolen parcels left with "Authority to Leave."
- If a delivery fails, the item will be returned to us, and you’ll need to cover additional shipping charges if you want it resent.
- We cannot estimate or cover taxes, duties, or other charges once the item arrives in your country. Please check with your local authority before completing your order.
DOUBLE-TAPED BOXES EXPLAINED: +
If your box is double-taped, it’s not because we opened it. Some factories seal boxes this way. It still may contain a chase variant. Look for this indication in the product description.
